About the Job:

Mobile Technologies, Inc. (MTI) is currently seeking candidates to become Certified Field Technicians. We are adding technicians in your market to ensure all field assignments are being fulfilled on-time. This position is remote and your direct manager will be remote. The primary focus for this role will be performing field-based assignments, in addition, you will also be completing home-based trainings and conference calls, scheduling offered assignments, and communicating directly with the District Field Manager through availability, phone calls, text messages, and e-mails to ensure market coverage needs are met during our high-rate of growth. Job Title:                                     Sales Engineer, ArmorActive

Reports to:                                 Product Director ArmorActive

GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

The Product manager will join the ArmorActive product team which is responsible for managing the Product life cycle from definition through End of Life.  He or she will work closely with Sales to identify new products which will grow revenue of the ArmorActive business segment, and develop the product requirements, use case and business case which clearly communicate the product and opportunity to management.    This person will also partner closely with Engineering during the development process to provide input and guidance to priority of features, ensure voice of the customer is incorporated into product design and provide input on features & implementation, tradeoffs between schedule/ scope / cost, usage model, etc.  He or she will also develop and train internal and external teams, as well as partner with the Marketing team to ensure that product brochures and website information are up to date and effectively position and promote the ArmorActive products.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Summary:

Compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties.

  • Responsible to ensure that all tasks and workload in AP are completed and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ability to organize a high volume of vendor invoice processing on a daily basis and payments on a weekly basis while ensuring all invoices, payments, and tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize AP month-end close and ensuring completion of all tasks by deadlines.
  • Ensure all transactions are in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
  • Serve as contact for resolving high touch vendor transactions. Participate as an active member of cross-functional teams; build positive relationships with stakeholders and work to streamline and document processes.
  • Responsible for cross-training and covering priority workload for team-mates while out of office.
  • Maintain vendors in ERP system and ensure accuracy in daily AP activities posted in ERP system.
  • Process PO and non-PO vendor invoices. Must enter vendor PO invoices utilizing a three way system match process.  Work closely with purchasing and vendors to resolve variances
  • Coordinate corporate credit card & purchasing card expenses and reconciliations
  • Review invoices and credit card transactions for proper authorization and accuracy
  • Prepare and transact wire transfer requests and postings and issue check runs
  • Maintain proper documentation to support payments and support balance sheet & income statements
  • Reconcile and maintain vendor prepaid reconciliation. Reconcile and track AR/AP offset transactions.
  • Review and update AP Accrued Purchases report; work with Purchasing Team to keep current

Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator’s role exists as a key contributor within MTI Global Services to ensure operating efficiencies. This position provides high-touch, personalized scheduling support to both internal and external partners and continually strives to exceed customer expectations regarding response time, product knowledge, effective problem resolution, stellar service and overall MTI operational knowledge. The Scheduling Coordinator’s drives the customer experience within MTI’s Customer Care Call Center to ensure that our client and customer’s needs are not only met but exceeded.

Job Overview:

  • Scheduling Coordinators (SC) will be responsible for dispatching field technicians globally into retail environments to audit, repair, train and/or install technology at varying degrees of technical difficulty.
  • The SC must be able to schedule field activity in the most profitable and efficient manner, meeting all SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while working closely with field technicians and field management. This includes analyzing maps and optimizing routes for technicians.
  • SC will be handed information and must be able to make decisions to action them appropriately with minimal guidance. The SC must be able to learn new systems, tools and processes quickly and be flexible as processes and procedures evolve, to meet changing and growing demands.
