About the Job:

The Operations Representative is the direct operational arm of accounts or programs. This entry-level role is responsible for daily oversight of all operational aspects of and account or program; ensuring all tickets are scheduled and completed within SLA, monitoring visit completion rates and ensuring all visits are completed correctly. Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, and supplies throughout the warehouse and manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule all assignments within 24 hours of being offered
  • Perform visit on date that assignment is scheduled

  • Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical issues
  • Ensure compliance as required by client agreement and/or scope of work
