We are adding technicians in your market to ensure all field assignments are being fulfilled on-time. This position is remote and your direct manager will be remote. The primary focus for this role will be performing field-based assignments, in addition, you will also be completing home-based trainings and conference calls, scheduling offered assignments, and communicating directly with the District Field Manager through availability, phone calls, text messages, and e-mails to ensure market coverage needs are met during our high-rate of growth. Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule all assignments within 24 hours of being offered
  • Perform visit on date that assignment is scheduled

The Senior NPI buyer will act as the key coordinator for material purchasing for non-production released products.  This position will regularly interact with Engineering, Program Management, Product Management and the Operations team to coordinate a high quality, timely and cost effective release of new products to the general market.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Through collaborating with engineering, build and maintain pre-release production BOMs in AX.
  • Coordinate with document control and engineering the revision control of all pre-release BOMs. Communicate to all stakeholders the impact of any changes.
  • Point of contact for all new vendors/distributors whose products and services are required for the release of a new product.
  • Negotiate costs, manage quality, and outline and inspect delivery and workmanship expectations for any new vendors utilized in the NPI process.
  • Provide production costing (estimates and firm quotes) at both prototype and production levels.

About the Job:

The Scheduling Coordinator’s role exists as a key contributor within MTI Operations to ensure operating efficiencies. This position provides high-touch, personalized scheduling support to both internal and external partners and continually strives to exceed customer expectations regarding response time, product knowledge, effective problem resolution, stellar service and overall MTI operational knowledge. The Scheduling Coordinator’s drives the customer experience within MTI’s Customer Care Call Center to ensure that our client and customer’s needs are not only met but exceeded.

Job Overview: 

  • Scheduling Coordinators (SC) will be responsible for dispatching field technicians globally into retail environments to audit, repair, train and/or install technology at varying degrees of technical difficulty.
  • The SC must be able to schedule field activity in the most profitable and efficient manner, meeting all SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while working closely with field technicians and field management. This includes analyzing maps and optimizing routes for technicians.
  • SC will be handed information and must be able to make decisions to action them appropriately with minimal guidance. The SC must be able to learn new systems, tools and processes quickly and be flexible as processes and procedures evolve, to meet changing and growing demands.
  • Build relationships with the field technicians, and field management to achieve common goals

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Answers incoming/outgoing telephone calls and emails in a call center environment
  • Evaluate Field Technician locations and determine optimal technician and timing to complete field work Provides effective support to Field Technicians throughout the world
  • Combine field work needs from multiple sources and dispatch technician in most cost effective manner
  • Data gathering and auditing to help determine where staff is low in numbers. Communicate to Field Management where hiring needs to take place.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a high volume call center environment

Document control managers oversee document management systems for the organization.  Job Responsibilities: 

  • Successfully review market needs with managers on a weekly basis
  • Post job openings based upon market needs
  • Achieve aggressive recruiting goals
  • Screen resumes and applications to source for qualified candidates
  • Schedule and conduct phone interviews
  • Qualify candidates via phone calls or Skype: video chat
  • Forward qualified candidate profiles to manager for further interviewing
  • As needed, provide reporting and presentations
  • Adjust requisition statuses based upon candidate’s progress
  • Assist candidates with overcoming obstacles to achieve aggressive onboarding timeframes
  • Screen candidate results for background and drug tests
  • Deliver and audit all electronic new-hire documentation
  • Create and maintain all candidates electronic profiles
  • Assign new-hire ticket and required training tickets in MTI’s ticket managing system
  • Create badges for new hires
  • Update New Hire Paperwork documents for external employees
  • Review and preserve sensitive and confidential information
  • Collaborate with team members on current processes and weekly goals
  • Meet individual weekly metrics set by the manager

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe PDF
  • Experience with ADP or any ATS, a plus
  • Experience with FSA, a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish, a plus
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with talent sourcing and/or recruiting
  • Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills in the fields of:

About the Job: Mobile Technologies, Inc. (MTI) is currently seeking a Director of Program Management. The Director is responsible for insuring that MTI’s Product Development initiatives deliver on their roadmaps, on time, within budget, and with quality. This is the lead program management position in the organization and is responsible for working across all product and engineering teams and associated business team to insure that successful program delivery occurs.

Job Responsibilities: 

The role is also responsible for leading a team of program managers

  • Will recruit and develop a top-notch team of strong program managers
  • Will establish and drive program management policy, process, and metrics that program managers will use to govern individual programs
  • Will insure that there is a high degree of collaboration and dependency management across programs so that all milestones and budgets can be delivered
  • Will maintain early warning systems and intervene and escalate issues in any program that is heading off course
  • Will lead and run a monthly program review process to drive transparency and accountability across organization

 

As process leader for the organization

  • Will champion, measure, and drive compliance with the organization’s PLCM methodology, engineering practices, and quality standards
  • Will serve as the lead for the organization and make sure adequate training, coaching, and development is available to the organization
  • This team will manage the tool sets used to drive the NPI process and collaboration in the organization

 

This is a challenging role with many touch points with senior executive management. The position requires and individual with strong leadership and communication skills, a driver of action, attention to details, experience delivering robust metrics and analytics on performance while motivating cross functional teams.

 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible primarily for the delivery of all new product development activities and commitments
  • Ensures consistency in management execution across the portfolio of programs
  • Standardizes processes for managing schedule, scope, resource utilization, risks, and dependencies
  • Interfaces with Sales and Marketing to ensure expectations are met and quality of delivery is smooth and efficient
  • Maintains accountability for the overall health of programs across financial, engineering best practices, quality, and Agile delivery spectrums
  • Grows program managers and scrum masters in accordance with the company career model framework
  • Staffs programs effectively as needs arise
  • Responsible for supporting organizational initiatives as part of overall continuous improvement for the technology organization
  • Provides senior level executive communications on status of programs and key risks/mitigation plans
  • Resolves issues and blockers for development of programs and escalates to the functional leads and senior management as needed

Qualifications / Skills: 

  • 12+ years of experience
  • BS degree in Computer Science or other relevant technology fields, preferred
  • Expert experience in Program Management concepts and strategy
  • Strong experience in Agile software delivery
  • Experience working with multiple business groups to balance expectations
  • Experience setting up and maintaining PMO tools and dashboards for metric management
  • Knowledge of HW and SW development and quality engineering concepts
  • A track record of successfully delivering complex programs in a rapid to market environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
