MTI’s Merchandising Solutions for Consumer Electronics Devices Hits the Mark

A major national retailer needed to execute a four category transition across 1,475 stores in 6 weeks. Loss of parts was a significant concern, given both the dollar value of the devices and impact of the critical department re-set. Normally each department/category would send multiple packages into the stores, adding to the complexity and potential for loss. Also, the cost of kitting and shipping four separate projects was adding a significant cost to the project.
