Mobile Tech, Inc., a leading innovator of device display technologies for consumer electronics, filed a lawsuit on July 17, 2018 against InVue Security Products, Inc.  Mobile Tech, Inc. filed its suit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

The lawsuit alleges that InVue Security Products has committed acts of patent infringement. Specifically, the lawsuit identifies eight potential InVue product lines:  the OnePOD One40, the OnePOD One55, the OnePOD One60, the OnePOD One65, the POD Series 1060, the POD Series 1560, the POD Series 960, and the POD Series 1050.

Mobile Tech, Inc. also previously filed a separate lawsuit against InVue Security Products, which is currently pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. That lawsuit alleges that InVue Security Products has committed acts of patent infringement and unfair competition.  Specifically, the lawsuit identifies two potential InVue product lines: the POD Series 1060, and the POD Series 1560.  The lawsuit also identifies an online video published by InVue Security Products that allegedly shows false information regarding the nature and quality of Mobile Tech. Inc.’s Freedom Micro product.
